This Fourth Ward home is the result of a thoughtful renovation that transformed a dated interior into a space with clarity, confidence, and character. Rich finishes, deeper tones, and sculptural details introduce contrast and depth, while moments of softness prevent the design from feeling overly formal. Clean lines and tailored elements bring structure to the layout, allowing statement lighting, reflective surfaces, and layered materials to modernize the home without erasing its urban roots.

Furnishings were selected to balance drama with comfort, creating rooms that feel well suited for both entertaining and everyday living. Intentional layouts and careful proportions improve flow while clearly defining each space, addressing both aesthetic and functional challenges of the original home. The design leans into its city setting, embracing personality and boldness while remaining livable and grounded. The result is a polished interior that feels current and cohesive, without chasing fleeting trends.
